The Winter Showdown Triple Crown Series is trading asphalt for dirt as the action heats up for Round Two on February 10, 2026, at Huset’s Speedway on iRacing. While drivers prepare to open the series at Hickory Motor Speedway in January, anticipation is already building for the switch to dirt — where the Street Stocks will take center stage and bring an entirely different kind of challenge to the Triple Crown.
Located in Brandon, South Dakota, Huset’s Speedway is known for its steep banking, fast-paced racing, and tight confines that reward aggression and precision in equal measure. The transition from asphalt to dirt promises to shake up the standings and test even the most experienced sim racers in the Triple Crown field.
“We’re really excited to mix things up for Round Two,” said Jon Morrison of JoMo Media. “After the first event at Hickory, drivers will have to completely change their approach — from smooth short-track asphalt racing to managing traction and throttle on dirt. It’s going to make for some incredible racing and an awesome show for fans watching live.”
The Street Stock division delivers raw, door-to-door competition — big horsepower, heavy cars, and plenty of sideways action. Drivers will need to master throttle control, corner entry, and track evolution as the racing surface changes throughout the event. With valuable points on the line, every lap will matter as the championship battle builds momentum heading into the final round.
