The 2025 season was one of both progress and perseverance for Bone Stock competitor Victoria McLenon at Peterborough Speedway. Despite battling through challenges with car handling for much of the year, McLenon still managed to put together her strongest points season to date, finishing an impressive 3rd overall in the standings.
“It was a challenging one this year,” McLenon admitted. “It was my best overall points-wise, but the car wasn’t handling properly since halfway through the season. We eventually found the problem and were fixing it before the Autumn Colours Classic.”

Even with the frustration of not always being able to show her true potential on track, McLenon remained proud of her year. “Overall, I would give my year a B,” she said. “It was my best year points-wise, but it was so frustrating not seeing the results I knew both the car and I were capable of.”
One of the highlights of her season came when she clawed her way from the back of the field to a top-ten finish. “It’s a tie between finishing 3rd in points or making my way from 18th place to 9th place in the feature after a rough two heats with the car not handling,” McLenon reflected.

Looking ahead, McLenon has already set her sights on the next campaign. “During the off-season, I’m going to focus on my physical and mental health, getting myself back in order. For 2026, I’m going back out and going to shoot for the championship!”
McLenon also expressed her gratitude for the people and businesses who stood behind her throughout 2025. “A special thanks to all my sponsors…
