🔦 Driver Spotlight: Cillian Collins

Sunday, July 20 – Grand Bend Speedway

Cillian Collins was back in action at Grand Bend Speedway, ready to continue building momentum. Starting 5th in Heat #2, he held position to finish 5th and earn a spot in the B-Main.

From there, the young talent charged from 4th to take his second straight B-Main victory — an impressive feat for the rising star! That win placed him 7th on the grid for the Feature. Cillian was on the move early before running into trouble, being sent to the back, but didn’t give up. He battled his way back to finish P.7.

🔦 Driver Spotlight: “The Mad Hatter” Chase Mitchell

This week’s spotlight shines on the one and only Chase Mitchell, affectionately known as “The Mad Hatter.”

With the Flamboro Speedway Pure Stock season halfway complete, Chase currently sits atop the points standings, narrowly ahead of Spencer Riddell. And it’s no surprise why:

📊 Season Stats (22 Races): ✅ 22 Top-10 finishes 🏁 17 Top-5 finishes 🥇 2 Wins

Last weekend, Chase added a P.2 and P.7 to his record.

But Chase is known for more than just stats — the “Mad Hatter” nickname was born earlier this season when he climbed out of his car wearing a comically large hat instead of a ball cap. Since then, it’s become tradition for Chase to show up in a new hat every time he lands in Victory Lane or a Top-3 finish.
